Returns and cancellation (withdrawal)	Due to the nature of digital content, returns, exchanges, and cancellations after purchase are generally not accepted, except where the product differs in content. However, under Article 24 of the Terms of Service, you may withdraw as follows: Unused Mimic Cash (the portion refundable under Article 35, paragraph 6 of the Terms of Service), and products whose granted items are unused: within 7 days of purchase or of the date it became available for use If the content differs from what was displayed or advertised: within 3 months of purchase or of the date it became available for use, and within 30 days of the date you learned or could have learned of it Not withdrawable: term-based products whose benefit starts at purchase (above) and content already used Requests are accepted in-game via [Settings ▸ Contact Us] or by email. If you purchased through the App Store, you may also request a refund through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Special terms on withdrawal: The above and the provisions of Article 24 of the Terms of Service are displayed as special terms under the proviso to Article 15-3, paragraph 1 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. If these special terms are not displayed on the purchase screen, etc., you may cancel the contract within 8 days of the date you received the product, to the extent cancellation is permitted under that Article (Terms of Service, Article 53, paragraph 6).
Mimic Cash purchase restriction	If your Mimic Cash balance (paid and free combined) is 1,000,000 or more, you cannot start a new purchase. Once your balance falls below 1,000,000 through use, you can start a purchase again.
Purchases by minors	If you are under 18, please obtain a parent's or guardian's consent before purchasing. A purchase made without consent may be cancelled. However, it may not be cancellable if deceptive means, such as giving a false age, were used (Terms of Service Articles 6, 25, and 53).
