Users of "Nom Nom Mimic" can delete their account and game data at any time directly within the game. It is free of charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
Being logged in is itself the identity verification, so there is no separate identity verification procedure or waiting period. When the deletion is finished, the app closes, and if you launch it again, it starts with a new account.
Requests received by email are processed within 10 days of the date of receipt after your identity is verified, and we will notify you of completion at your reply address.
The following data is deleted by a method that makes recovery impossible.

⚠️ A deleted account and its data cannot be restored. Any remaining Term-Based Products also disappear. If you have unused paid Cash, please apply for a refund through Contact Us before you delete your account (Terms of Service, Article 35). After deletion, the balance can no longer be verified, so a refund may be difficult. However, for users residing in Taiwan, the Company refunds it within 30 days even after account deletion, in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 16 of the Terms of Service.
After an account is deleted, only the records below that must be retained under applicable laws and the minimum identifying information needed to retain them are kept separately from other information. Other information, such as the contact email address, is deleted without delay (immediately upon account deletion), and the records below are also destroyed without delay when their retention period ends. This information is not used for any purpose other than the one prescribed by law.
